Facility Reservation Forms and Information

The RCC Facilities Reservation Request Form is used to reserve rooms on the RCC campus for meetings, events, etc. The form can be printed on your printer, filled out, and mailed or faxed in to the RCC church office. Before filling out the request form, please review the Policies and Procedures for Facility Use by clicking on the link. To print or view the Facility Reservation Request Form:
You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view/print these forms. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, click the Adobe button below to go to Adobe's website to download and install it. Then, click on the link under option 2 above to load the reservation form. Click on the printer icon to print. Then close the RCC Facility Reservation Request window.
